What You’ll Be Doing:
As an Events Sales Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of live events and customer engagement, helping to create memorable experiences while developing valuable business and sales skills.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with the planning and execution of promotional events
- Speaking with customers face-to-face and delivering exceptional service
- Supporting sales campaigns and generating new customer interest
- Building strong relationships with clients, customers, and team members
- Working closely with the Events Sales Manager and wider team
- Managing customer interactions and sales records accurately
- Contributing ideas to improve event performance and customer experience
