Our client is looking for a Software Engineering Manager to lead a specialist team working on software that sits at the heart of an advanced technology platform. The Opportunity

Initially, you will lead a team of around five engineers, with scope to influence future team growth and capability development.

About You

- Leading software engineers in a technically complex environment
- Working with Linux-based systems

- Confidence setting expectations, prioritising work and helping teams stay focused on what matters most
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across engineering and non-engineering stakeholders
