Account Executive – (Recruitment Consultant)

Location: Hybrid 3 days from home 2 day in Aldgate

Salary £30-45k depending on experience + commission

My client looking for driven and commercially minded Account Executives to join the growing team . In this role, you will drive client relationships, activity, and fee generation through their bootcamps and recruitment starts. Supported by the Client Development, Marketing, and Resourcing teams, you will manage the full end-to-end recruitment process. You will be responsible for creating new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and generating high-quality candidates that truly meet client needs.

This is a fast-paced, people-focused role that combines intelligent marketing, face-to-face meetings, and proactive business development telephone calling. You will always promote the full range of products and services ensuring solutions are right for the client

Key requirements

  • Achieve agreed activity and billing targets
  • Generate successful outcomes from sales and business development calls
  • Source and generate high-quality candidates
  • Manage client relationships to the highest professional standard
  • Cross-sell all aspects of the company’s products and services
  • Act as a brand champion and ambassador
  • Evaluate and manage performance in line with company expectations
  • Ensure all processes and compliance procedures are followed
  • Maintain accurate, high-quality data within the CRM system
  • positive change; mentor and support colleagues to achieve personal goals
