Alongside leading and developing the team, you will play a key role in driving revenue through treatments, retail, and membership initiatives.A hands-on approach is essential, with the ability to deliver both holistic and beauty treatments when required.Key Responsibilities Oversee daily spa operations and guest experienceLead, motivate, and develop therapists and front-of-house teamsManage recruitment, rotas, training, and performanceDrive revenue through promotions, retail, and membership programmesManage stock control and budgets in line with financial targetsMaintain high standards of cleanliness, compliance, and service deliveryBuild client loyalty and grow the customer baseHandle guest feedback professionally and proactivelyThe Candidate Proven experience in luxury spa, wellness, or hospitality management (minimum 5 years preferred)Strong leadership and team development skillsCommercially aware with a track record of driving revenueHands-on therapist with experience in both: Holistic treatments (massage, facials, body therapies)Beauty services (manicure, pedicure, waxing)
