Digital Designer – Campaign-Focused (Not Brand/Print)
Consumer Products – Global Brand | circa £50k | Harlow, Essex (Office-based)
I’m working with a global consumer brand to hire a Digital Designer who specialises in campaign-led digital creative. This role sits within a high-performing team led by an experienced Creative Director, working alongside designers, 3D designers, and artworkers – but this hire is specifically focused on digital.
We’re looking for a designer who:
- Lives and breathes digital media
- Understands how design drives engagement, clicks, and performance
- Thinks in terms of users, journeys, and conversion – not just visuals
- Can take a concept and execute it across multiple digital channels at pace
What you’ll be doing
- Rolling out campaigns across:
- Paid social (Meta, TikTok)
- Display & digital ads
- Web & CRM/email
- Producing high-volume, high-quality creative
- Adapting assets based on performance and data
- Working closely with marketing & performance teams
What we’re looking for
- Strong experience in digital campaign execution
- A portfolio showing:
- Paid social ads
- Display campaigns
- Multi-channel rollouts (not just brand work)
- Ability to work quickly without losing quality
- Understanding of how creative drives engagement and conversion
Not the right fit if:
- Your work is mainly branding, packaging or print
- You don’t have experience in campaign rollouts at scale
