We are currently working with a leading international law firm seeking to hire a strong mid-level to senior Fund Finance Associate to join its Corporate Finance team in London.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on complex, high-profile financing transactions for leading financial institutions, investment funds and corporates within a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment.
The successful candidate will advise on a broad range of fund finance matters, including:
- NAV and hybrid financings
- GP and management company facilities
- Cross-border and syndicated transactions
Candidates should:
- Have qualified between 2018 and 2022
- Currently be at a Magic Circle or leading US law firm
- Have strong fund finance and leveraged finance experience
- Possess excellent technical, drafting and client management skills
