We’re looking for a professional, organised, and proactive Receptionist & Facilities Co-Ordinator to join a busy office environment in Annesley, Nottinghamshire.

Key responsibilities include:
✔ Managing front-of-house reception duties
✔ Coordinating meeting rooms, travel, and office supplies
✔ Supporting facilities maintenance and contractor management
✔ Handling shared inboxes, invoices, and general administration
✔ Maintaining compliance and statutory records
We’re looking for someone with:
✅ Strong communication and organisational skills
✅ Previous reception or facilities/admin experience
✅ Good Microsoft Office skills
