Northern Union Pub Company are looking for an experienced and passionate manager to run the Cross Keys. The pub is situated on Water Lane, just outside Leeds city centre and comprises a ground floor bar, first floor dining and function room and courtyard garden.

The successful candidate will have full operational responsibility for the business and will be a natural leader with excellent people skills, an ability to inspire and motivate a team, a keen eye for detail and an expectation of high standards. They will be comfortable both behind the bar and on the floor and have the skills necessary to deliver outstanding service in a warm, welcoming and relaxed pub environment.
They will be responsible for financial performance including budgeting, cost control and profitability and will lead the recruitment, training and development of our front of house team. They should be commercially minded with experience of managing a P&L, driving revenue growth and be able to work closely with the head chef and directors to deliver the objectives of the business. xwzovoh
