Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing retail partners to ensure optimal performance, engagement, and long‑term satisfaction.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets through upselling, cross‑selling, and onboarding new retail partners to expand market reach.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to implement in‑store promotions, campaigns, and successful product launches.
- Monitor sales trends, analyze competitor activities and customer preferences, and provide accurate sales forecasts and performance reports to management.
- Conduct product training and educate retail staff on product features and benefits to ensure effective product representation and stronger sales execution.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in retail channel sales within the IT peripherals, electronics, or consumer goods industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
