This is a well established integrated agency with a strong reputation in the market and a client service steam that is genuinely growing. A fully integrated team spanning strategy,creative, production, media and performance, all working together under one roof.

Their client services team of 12 needs a Senior Account Manager to step in and take real ownership of two to three medium sized accounts. You will lead marketing strategy, build meaningful client relationships and work alongside a talented mix of creative, data, digital and performance specialists to deliver work that actually moves the needle.

What you will be doing:

  • Leading integrated marketing strategy across your portfolio of accounts
  • Building and nurturing strong, long lasting client relationships at management level
  • Collaborating with creative, performance, data and digital teams to deliver against briefs
  • Proactively bringing ideas and spotting opportunities for both your clients and the agency
  • Supporting the wider team and contributing to the development of junior members of staff

What they are looking for:

  • At least tree years of client relationship management experience, ideally in an integrated agency environment
  • Confidence reporting on marketing performance and working alongside an analysis function Strong commercial awareness and the ability to juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball
  • Someone who leads with warmth, thinks independently and genuinely enjoys working as part of a team
