Senior / Principal Recruitment Consultant

Leeds

Basic salary up to £85,000 DOE

Uncapped commission and full benefits package

Modern offices with on-site parking

Full UK driving licence required

Hybrid – up to 4 days per week from home

Due to continued growth the business is expanding and they are now seeking driven Recruitment Professionals to join the team.

The Role

We are looking to speak with experienced recruiters from all sectors who are established within their sectors, billing well but are not receiving the flexibility, rewards or personal growth and development.

You will be responsible for building and growing a desk, developing long-term client relationships, and placing candidates.

You will be joining a team that values pace, quality, and commercial thinking. The environment is direct, energetic, and supportive, with a clear focus on performance and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and grow a recruitment desk within your desired market.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from prospecting to placement.

• Source, interview, and place high-quality candidates.

• Drive consistent business development activity to maximise revenue.

• Deliver a professional, service-led experience to clients and candidates.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues to support wider business goals.
