Senior National Account Manager – FMCG Blue Chip

The Role

This is an all-encompassing strategic Grocery commercial account role in a dynamic, world leading FMCG business. You will have full P&L responsibility c.£40 million, JBP responsibility and a wide scope over the next 12–18 months to grow the category in line with the EMEA channel strategy.

You will report directly to the Channel Sales Lead for UK & Ireland and work closely with marketing, NPD and operations functions to develop best‑in‑class category growth decisions and channel strategy.

  • Customers – Grocery top 4 (e.g., Tesco)
  • Full strategic responsibility for your category
  • Full management of P&L
  • Close cross‑functional work with Marketing, NPD & Ops teams

About You

To be successful you should be a passionate team player, positive and driven to achieve. You will have a strong background in large, branded consumer business and have experience with top‑4 grocery customers.

  • FMCG big business or large branded training background
  • Top 5 Grocery retail experience
  • Experience of food & beverages or consumer products essential
  • High drive and ambitious mindset
  • Strong relationship skills, both internally and externally
  • Analytical & project management experience
