We’re growing our sales team – Nottinghamshire, join one of the UK’s fastest-growing curry brands. We’re looking for a  Retail Sales & Merchandising Executive  based in Nottinghamshire to help drive growth across the Midlands. This is a hands-on field sales role for someone who loves being out with customers, opening doors, creating leads, building relationships and building their own personal brand in the trade, someone approachable, trusted and known for making things happen. Using our family-grown spices from India and the best British produce, we’re on a mission to make proper, authentic Indian food accessible to everyone. Engaging retail community via LinkedIn Grow sales with existing retail customers Develop your own personal brand as a trusted partner to customers Open new independent and convenience accounts Merchandise freezers and improve in-store execution Run tastings and support new store launches Represent the brand at trade shows and events Be active on social platforms like LinkedIn to build connections, share wins and help grow the brand Has sales experience — retail or FMCG helpful, but not essential Understands relationships drive long-term growth Is active on social media, especially LinkedIn, and enjoys building a professional presence Package: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year + performance bonus Car allowance Pension Employee discount Real opportunity to grow quickly into a Territory Sales Manager role This is more than a sales job; it’s a chance to join a growing sales team with real momentum, make your mark, and progress quickly into management for the right person.
