About the Role
As the National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of Product Specialists dedicated to promoting a cutting-edge oral therapy for Multiple Sclerosis. You will develop and implement sales strategies, monitor performance, and ensure the successful market adoption of the therapy. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who is passionate about driving sales and improving patient outcomes in the MS community.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage a national sales team, providing direction and support to achieve commercial targets.
- Develop and optimize sales strategies to drive market share and revenue growth in the MS therapeutic area.
- Monitor team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching.
- Oversee key customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing and medical teams to align on strategy and execution.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in life science, business, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 5-7 years of experience in sales management within the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on neurology or Multiple Sclerosis.
- Demonstrated success in leading a sales team to achieve targets.
- Strong strategic planning and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
