About the Role
This is a high‑profile opportunity to lead and shape Warwick Business School’s global positioning through rankings, accreditation, and reputation. You will lead a newly formed unit with three direct reports and a wider team of seven, taking strategic ownership of the School’s performance across the full portfolio of global rankings—undergraduate, Masters, MBA, and Executive Education—ensuring a coherent, data‑driven approach that strengthens WBS’s competitive standing.
You will work closely with the central University, dedicating time each week to align institutional strategy and lead engagement with senior stakeholders across the rankings landscape.
Your responsibilities include driving an evidence‑based strategy, overseeing rankings submissions, and leading initiatives that enhance the School’s external profile.
You will ensure alignment of the School’s Triple‑Crown accreditation portfolio with its rankings work, delivering high‑quality submissions and successful reaccreditation outcomes.
Beyond rankings you will support broader strategic priorities across the School—including EDI, sustainability, and AI—providing leadership, guidance and direction to colleagues driving these agendas.
