Field-Based Relationship Manager – Specialist Property Finance

NRG Resourcing in the Midlands is seeking a Relationship Manager in specialist property finance, field‑based, to originate deals through a strong broker network.

You’ll drive origination across bridging and BTL, manage transactions end-to-end with internal underwriting and operations support, and attend broker meetings. The package includes £60k–£65k base salary, quarterly and annual bonuses, pension and private healthcare, 25 days holidays, and one office day per week.
