Cardiac Risk & Rehabilitation Nurse Specialist

Ashford & St Peter’s Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Cardiac Specialist Nurse (Band 6) for 24 hours per week on a permanent basis. The post supports the Cardiac Risk Management/Secondary Prevention & Rehabilitation service and will manage a caseload to improve longevity and quality of life for patients with CHD and other cardiac conditions.

Applicants should have a nursing degree and be registered with the NMC, with experience in cardiac nursing and rehab.
