They are now looking for a highly creative and commercially minded Senior Social-led Content Manager to help take that presence to the next level.
The Role
This is an opportunity to join a brand where ideas move quickly, creativity is championed and social-first thinking drives real commercial impact. You’ll play a key role in shaping and executing engaging social strategies across multiple platforms, ensuring all content is innovative, on-brand and performance-driven.
You’ll own the planning and scheduling of content, support major campaigns and oversee day-to-day social output while constantly analysing performance, spotting trends and identifying opportunities for growth. From briefing content and managing creators, to driving community engagement initiatives and supporting social-first shoots, this role offers a blend of strategy, creativity and hands-on execution. You’ll also work closely with wider marketing, influencer and creative teams to ensure all activity aligns with trading priorities, brand objectives and customer engagement goals.
The Person
They’re looking for someone who genuinely loves social media, content and digital culture. Someone who instinctively understands what makes people stop scrolling, engage and buy into a brand. You’ll be both creatively driven and commercially aware, capable of thinking strategically while also being happy to jump into the detail and make things happen.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing social media and content within a fast-paced consumer, lifestyle, fashion or beauty-led environment, with strong knowledge of platform trends, storytelling, analytics and community engagement. You’ll have excellent copywriting skills, a strong eye for detail and experience creating and managing social-first content across multiple formats.
