Founder’s Associate, UK Growth & Operations

Medicasimple is a fast-growing SaaS company actively serving more than 10,000 healthcare professionals across 1,500+ clinics, helping them run their operations, patient journeys, communications, and growth more efficiently.

We are now hiring our first UK-based team member after the founder. As our Founder’s Associate, you will work directly 1:1 with the founder to help build and scale Medicasimple in the UK market. You will be involved in almost every part of the business: growth, operations, sales, customer research, automation, partnerships and execution. If you want to experience what it feels like to build a SaaS company from the inside, work extremely close to the founder, and see how an AI-native company operates, this role is designed for you.

What You’ll Work On

  • You will support the founder across the UK growth journey, including:
  • Finding, researching, and engaging potential clinics and partners in the UK
  • Supporting sales, outreach, demos, follow-ups, and market expansion activities
  • Building workflows and automations using AI and modern operational tools
  • Turning repetitive manual tasks into scalable processes
  • Preparing research, reports, market insights, and internal briefings
  • Helping manage communication across internal and external channels
  • Supporting operational projects that help Medicasimple grow faster in the UK
  • Testing new AI tools and workflows to improve productivity across the company
  • Working directly with the founder on the highest-priority growth and operational projects each week.

This role will be broad, fast-moving, and very hands-on. You will often learn the manual process first, then help turn it into a repeatable system, workflow, or automation.

In this role, you will learn how to engage with 600.

You may already know how to use spreadsheets.

Here, you will learn how to manage data with Python and automation.

You may have used AI tools before.

Here, you will learn how AI-native teams build scalable systems, automate workflows, and multiply output.

You will work with tools such as AI agents, n8n, Make.com, Vercel, Salesforce, Discord, Slack, Python, and modern automation workflows to scale your work instead of doing everything manually.

This is a role for someone who wants to learn fast, take ownership, and stay close to real company-building decisions.

Who You Are

  • A recent graduate or early-career candidate with strong ambition
  • Based in London or able to work from London regularly. This will be a mostly in-person role as we establish our UK base, likely starting from a coworking space before moving into a dedicated office around Shoreditch, Hoxton, or nearby East London areas.
  • Have the right to work in the UK without requiring employer visa sponsorship.
  • Excited about startups, SaaS, AI, and business growth
  • Very curious and willing to learn new tools quickly
  • Comfortable communicating with people and following up consistently
  • Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities can evolve quickly
  • Able to take a task, figure things out, and come back with progress
  • Interested in sales, growth, operations, automation, and founder-level execution
  • Someone who wants responsibility, not just a job description

Previous startup, SaaS, sales, operations, or automation experience is a plus — but not required. Attitude, curiosity, and execution speed matter more.
