Overview
Enterprise Account Executive opportunity for a rapidly expanding provider of Agentic AI solutions for CX Applications. London-based role with a base salary of £120,000, double OTE, benefits and equity. The role covers the complete sales cycle targeting C-Suite decision makers at EMEA Enterprise clients (5,000+ FTE).

Responsibilities
- Manage the complete sales cycle from cradle to grave for 5,000+ FTE organisations
- Target C-Suite decision makers at Enterprise clients in EMEA
- Represent an AI-forward technology portfolio and generate new business in a greenfield territory
- Collaborate with marketing, SDR, Technical, and Customer Success teams to close deals
Requirements / Qualifications
- Enterprise-level experience with £200k-£500k ACV deal sizes
- Multi-stakeholder sales experience (technical and business ICPs)
- Career stability and a demonstrable track record of success
- New business oriented mindset
- Experience in a startup or scale-up environment (Series A–C) preferred
- Proven ability to close 6-figure deals as an individual contributor
- Experience selling Agentic AI around CX, CCaaS, Customer Engagement and Conversational AI preferred
The Package
Base salary around £120,000 with an uncapped commission plan and aggressive accelerators, providing potential £120,000+ per annum for top performers. Benefits and equity included.
