Overview

WS Estate Services Ltd has an exciting opportunity for a motivated and driven individual to take on the newly created role of Head of Commercial Services. The successful candidate will lead the strategic and operational delivery of all commercial services within two of WSHA’s subsidiary companies – WSES and WSPM – ensuring financial sustainability, service excellence, and compliance with regulatory and legislative requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic and operational delivery of all commercial services within WSES and WSPM.
  • Accountable for driving commercial services, managing budgets, and delivering high‑quality services aligned with organisational objectives and core values.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and legislative requirements.
  • Act as a liaison between the subsidiary companies and WSHA to promote service excellence.
  • Provide insights on financial sustainability and support decision‑making.
