DC Pensions Senior Associate | Leeds | £45-55k base
Location: Leeds 2x/week
Salary: Up to £55,000 +bonus
A FTSE 250 consulting firm is looking for a DC Senior Associate to join their expanding Pensions team in Leeds. This role provides high-quality consultancy support across both trust-based and contract-based Defined Contribution schemes.
The team is open to professionals from various DC backgrounds, including actuarial, communications, governance, client relations, and investments. They are focused on hiring an individual they can actively support and guide through clear career progression, offering a collaborative environment to broaden their technical and consulting skillset
The Role:
- Support Trustees and corporate clients across a broad range of DC projects
- Manage work from end-to-end, oversee team delivery, and present insights directly to clients
- Drafting governance documents, including Chair’s Statements and VFM assessments
- Supporting complex projects such as scheme transitions, wind-ups, salary sacrifice implementation, and AVC reviews
- Supporting client relationships, including budgeting, service management, and attending meetings
- Contributing to research and developing new propositions to meet regulatory requirements
The Individual:
- 4-6 years of experience working with DC pension arrangements
- Strong knowledge/ experience across scheme events, VFM, upcoming DC scheme changes
- Confident to raise points and opinions in meetings
- Wanting to work toward becoming a lead consulting
- Commercially aware, can work to deadlines
