My client, a prestigious executive search firm based in Central London, requires an experienced Associate to join their Life Sciences practice, specifically working on global Research & Development roles.
You will have at least two years’ experience as a Researcher / Associate within Life Sciences executive search and be able to demonstrate significant technical and scientific understanding in order to succeed hiring for highly complex roles.
Responsibilities
- Working within a candidate centric, retained assignment environment, this role is fundamentally key to the delivery of all assignments. On a day to day basis you will support a Partner in their research, continually develop an understanding the competitive landscape in which clients operate, present candidates, manage them through the interview process and assist with offers.
- You will have experience market mapping, headhunting, interviewing candidates and presenting shortlists to clients.
Qualifications
- You will have at least two years’ experience as a Researcher / Associate within Life Sciences executive search and be able to demonstrate significant technical and scientific understanding in order to succeed hiring for highly complex roles.
- You will have excellent academics, very good communication and organisational skills and have the ability to persuade and influence at the highest levels. You will be a high achiever, be self-confident and take ownership of your responsibilities.
