We’re hiring at Zenza Energy.

Zenza Energy is a growing commercial energy consultancy helping UK businesses secure better electricity and gas contracts through a transparent, consultative and customer-first approach.

We are now looking for hungry, experienced and self-motivated salespeople to join the team as Commercial Energy Consultants.

  • This is a fully remote, commission-only role with uncapped earning potential.
  • You will receive 20% of the company proceeds on the deals you close.
  • This role is designed for people who want freedom, flexibility and the ability to be paid directly based on performance.

Earning potential examples:

£20,000 revenue generated MTD = £4,000 commission

£40,000 revenue generated MTD = £8,000 commission

£75,000 revenue generated MTD = £15,000 commission

£100,000 revenue generated MTD = £20,000 commission

Based on the current business model, lead structure, supplier access and support in place, we believe consultants who are consistent, coachable and disciplined have a genuine opportunity to build towards £75,000+ revenue generated months.

This is not a role where you are left on your own with no support.

You will have access to a growing supplier panel, structured lead tiers, contract support, customer service support and training designed to help you understand the process, build confidence and close quality business.

  • People who can speak professionally with UK business owners
  • Consultative salespeople who can build trust and lead a conversation
  • People who are organised with CRM updates, follow-up and pipeline management
  • Salespeople who want to be rewarded properly for the business they generate

We are looking for people who already understand how to speak to businesses, manage a pipeline, follow up properly and take ownership of their results.

Commercial energy experience is preferred, but strong B2B sales experience is essential.
