The UK business consists of regional delivery centres, main offices in London, Manchester and Birmingham, providing customers with Building Management solutions direct to customers as well as strategic partners on customer sites and construction environments.
We are currently recruiting for a QHSE Manager to be responsible for the strategic leadership, development and implementation of Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental management systems across the UK business.
Qualifications & ExperienceEssential:
- NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent Level 6 qualification in Occupational Health and Safety)
- Membership of IOSH or IEMA
- Strong working knowledge of UK HSE legislation
- Experience in implementing and managing ISO management systems
- Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in a Health, Safety, Environmental or Quality leadership role
- People management experience
- Ability to travel UK wide and within Europe/US
Desirable:
- Chartered Membership of IOSH (CMIOSH)
- Lead Auditor qualification (ISO 9001 / 14001 / 27001/ 45001)
- Experience liaising with HSE or Environment Agency
- Experience within construction, engineering, building services or BMS environments.

- Confident communicator at all levels, from engineers to senior stakeholders
- Adaptable and approachable with effective influencing skills
- Organised, structured, and detail-oriented, with investigative and analytical capability
- Ability to collaborate with others and influence change
- Balanced strategic and operational approach
- Strong incident investigation capability (e.g., root cause analysis)
