Maintenance Team Lead – Drive Uptime & PM Planning

Parker Hannifin in Coventry is seeking a Maintenance Team Leader to oversee the maintenance team and ensure operational efficiency. The role involves planning preventive maintenance and driving continuous improvement.

Ideal candidates will have an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, along with strong leadership skills. The position offers a permanent contract with standard working hours from Monday to Friday, 7am to 3:30pm.
