• trust is built faster
• and hiring becomes a byproduct of genuine relationships
You won’t be stuck behind templates or chasing replies.
You’ll be part of how those relationships are created in the first place.
What this role actually is:
This is not a 360 role.
No forced BD. No arbitrary KPIs.
This is about owning talent delivery + relationships at a higher level:
• Running processes that feel considered, not transactional
• Partnering with founders and hiring managers as a thinking partner
• Shaping how companies hire, not just filling roles
• Spending your time where it matters – not buried in admin
We expect you to use AI and tooling to remove anything repetitive or low-value
