Responsibilities

  • Leading in-depth technical discovery to map out complex customer processes and design tailored solutions.
  • Delivering compelling, customized presentations and demos that tell a story rather than list features.
  • Explaining complex technical and architectural concepts simply and clearly to business stakeholders.
  • Tackling technical challenges—from scripting to system configuration—while finding answers to unknowns.
  • Collaborating closely with Product, Research, Services, and Management teams to provide customer feedback and strategic insights.
  • Owning the customer technical journey, ensuring an excellent customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
  • Embracing change, quick feedback loops, and continuous iterative improvement.
  • Performing cost/benefit and risk/benefit analyses on sales opportunities.

  • You have experience or a strong willingness to learn about artificial intelligence.
  • You have domain experience in finance, logistics, or ERP systems like Coupa, SAP, or Netsuite.
  • You think outside the box and look for creative, effective workarounds.
  • You’re collaborative and unafraid to ask questions and learn from others.
  • You’re independent, self-driven, and a fast learner.
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments with iterative feedback and improvement.
  • You want to help build the practice, not just follow it.
  • You have excellent communication and writing skills in English (other languages are a plus).
  • Most importantly, you’re honest and data-driven, basing opinions on data but staying open to good arguments.
