Water Hygiene EngineerLocation: Leeds, West YorkshireSalary/Benefits: £26k – £35k + Training & Benefits Our client is recruiting for a Water Hygiene Engineer to cover new and existing client contracts across the Yorkshire region. Access to the M1 and / or M62 would be beneficial for easier travel across the region. Salaries on offer are competitive and benefits include: overtime, training schemes and use of a company vehicle.Experience / Qualifications:-Experience undertaking a range of Water Hygiene / Treatment duties-Robust technical knowledge of ACOP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines-Hardworking attitude-Comfortable liaising with clients directly-Good literacy and numeracy skill level-Able to use IT software The Role:-Showerhead descales-TMV servicing-Cleans and disinfections on Cooling Towers-Calorifier blowdowns-Calorifier blowdowns-Inspections, cleans and disinfections on Cold Water Storage Tanks-Routine water sampling and temperature monitoring-Keeping accurate records of works undertaken-Working to set deadlines and personal targets Legionella Operative, Water Treatment Engineer, Environmental Service Technician, Water Hygiene Operative, Water Service Engineer.
