The Role

GKR International has partnered with an expanding Estate Agency who are looking to add up to an Associate Director to their expanding Sales team. This is a growth hire so your focus will be winning Property mandates, generating buyers and market share across multiple key Scottish postcodes.

What You’ll Need

• 5+ Years Experience in Sales
• Experience in Winning Instructions and Driving New Business
• Local knowledge transacting in areas like Stirling, Perth and Fife
• Positive attitude, target-driven mindset

• Upto £45k Basic Salary
• £55-70k+ OTE
