This is a delivery-led role with immediate responsibility for leading projects and working closely with senior clients to deliver impactful outcomes.

The Role

You will:

  • Lead data maturity assessments and transformation engagements across a variety of sectors
  • Support end-to-end data transformation programmes, from business case and strategy through to implementation oversight

  • Support senior stakeholders in business development and account growth conversations
  • Manage and develop junior consultants, ensuring high-quality outputs
  • Contribute to building methodologies, tools, and ways of working within the practice
  • Plan and facilitate client workshops, from discovery through to strategic prioritisation
  • Produce high-quality deliverables including diagnostics, strategies, operating models, and roadmaps
  • Translate complex data challenges into clear, compelling narratives for senior leadership (Director/ExCo level)

Experience Required

  • Experience in data strategy, data maturity, or data transformation
  • Proven ability to lead projects or workstreams independently
  • Comfortable advising and challenging senior stakeholders (Director level and above)
  • Exposure to data governance, operating model design, and business adoption programmes
  • Strong understanding of how to drive adoption, culture change, and capability building alongside strategy

  • Solid understanding of the data landscape (governance, architecture, MDM, BI tools, etc.)
  • Ability to assess organisational data maturity and build credible transformation roadmaps
  • Strong appreciation of the organisational and change aspects of data transformation
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify and structure complex problems

About You

  • Strong stakeholder skills; able to build trust quickly
  • Structured thinker, comfortable working with ambiguity
  • Motivated to develop others and contribute to a collaborative team environment
  • Thrives in a growing, less structured environment where you can shape how things are done

The Opportunity

  • Join a small, high-performing and growing team
  • Take on real ownership of delivery from day one
  • Play a key role in building a practice, not just delivering within it
  • Work across a diverse client base and project portfolio
  • Benefit from strong career progression and a visible impact on the organisation

Additional Information

  • Competitive salary and bonus
  • Strong benefits package
  • Flexible, outcome-based hybrid working
