IP Partner – Bristol

Our client, a prestigious UK Top 20 law firm with a global presence and teams spanning the US and UK, in in search of a Partner to contribute to continued growth and success of their intellectual property team.
Responsibilities
- Handling a comprehensive range of IP work encompassing both contentious and non-contentious aspects.
- This will involve managing matters such as IP rights disputes, negotiating agreements, overseeing assignments, licenses, confidentiality agreements, research and development agreements and more.
- Collaborate with senior team members in the UK and US.
- Mentor and supervise junior solicitors, whilst serving as a knowledgeable resource for IP expertise.
- Actively engaging in business development and client interactions to enhance both team and personal reputation as an IP specialist.
Qualifications
- 10+ PQE (guide only).
- Desirable: Following is not mandatory, but desirable. My client seeks an individual with a proven record in robust IP work, advising significant clients on high-value matters, and possessing the passion and experience necessary for cultivating and advancing a leading team.
