Paragon Education is recruiting caring and enthusiastic Nursery Staff to work in welcoming early years settings in Bromsgrove. This is a fantastic opportunity to support young children at a crucial stage of their development within a nurturing and engaging environment.

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about early years education and committed to creating a positive learning experience for every child.

The Role:

• Supporting children’s learning and development through play-based activities
• Assisting with daily nursery routines and care needs
• Creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment
• Encouraging social, emotional, and behavioural development
• Working closely with colleagues and parents to support each child
• Observing and reporting on children’s progress

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience working in a nursery or early years setting
• Relevant qualifications (e.g. CACHE Level 2/3 in Early Years or equivalent) are desirable
• A patient, caring, and proactive approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Good organisational skills and reliability
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting child wellbeing
