Hours: 40 hours per week / full-time / £29,780 per annum

S&PB Retail Ltd operates shops across North West, North Wales, Yorkshire and Midlands.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day shop operations and drive sales growth.
• Deliver outstanding customer service.
• Train, develop and motivate the team.
• Maintain hygiene and food‑safety compliance.
• Apply a strong work ethic and a hands‑on “can do” mentality.

Requirements

• Background in retail management, ideally within a food environment (not essential).
• Strong work ethic and proactive mindset.
