Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare drinks according to recipe
- Greet guests upon their arrival and advise on table QR code ordering
- Assist guests with baby chair and/or wheelchair requirements
- Take order over the counter and handle payment collection
- Upsell additional items to increase revenue and enhance guests’ experience
- Serve drink and food orders promptly and accurately
- Cleaning and setting tables in preparation for new guests
- Set-up and clearing of restaurant before and after service, depending on shift assigned
- Prepare and replenish stations before shift starts
- Maintenance of restaurant cleanliness and workstations
- Perform opening duties and closing duties as per SOP
- Attend to guests with their requests promptly and check on guests overall dine-in experience
- Assisting with basic food preparation tasks, such as assembling salads or desserts, as needed
- Assist guests with enquiries and recommend dishes based on preferences and menu offerings
- Ad-hoc duties assigned by manager on duty
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience in similar role preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic hygiene and safety consciousness
- Possess a positive working attitude
- Ability to work in a team
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
