This role involves supervising the breakfast team, maintaining high service standards, and ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction throughout the breakfast period.
The Breakfast Supervisor will ensure that the service is seamless and that all operational and guest service standards are consistently met, while embodying our core values: supportive, connected, refined, caring, genuine, positive, focused, creative, and entrepreneurial.ABOUT YOUPrevious experience in a supervisory or similar role within a luxury hotel or restaurant environment, ideally with experience in breakfast service.Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards, especially for breakfast offerings.Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to deliver excellent service.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.Experience in managing guest complaints and resolving issues with professionalism and tact.Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of service.Strong communication and interpersonal skillsA strong desire to learn and develop a career within luxury hospitalityGood level of written and spoken EnglishFlexibility to work varied hoursTakes pride in own professional groomingAbility and resilience to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environmentPride and attention to detail in your workConfidence & professionalism when interacting with high profile guestsFood Hygiene or Health & Safety certification (preferably at level 2 or higher) is desirable.Further qualifications in hospitality or food & beverage service (e.g., Hospitality Management or F&B Service certifications) are advantageousOngoing training or interest in industry trends would be beneficialABOUT CORINTHIACorinthia London combines contemporary flair with traditional grandeur.
