Lease Advisory Advising landlord and tenant clients on rent reviews, lease renewals, break clauses, surrenders, and re-gears Interpreting lease terms, statutory provisions, and case law to provide accurate technical advice Analysing market comparables, rental evidence, and valuation data to support negotiations Preparing detailed reports and recommendations for lease events Working closely with the property management and commercial agency teams
