Are you a qualified Business Teacher or Business specialist seeking an exciting opportunity in a secondary school in Maidenhead?

Academics Ltd is working in partnership with an outstanding secondary school in Maidenhead to appoint a passionate and dedicated Business Teacher from September. This role is suitable for both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) looking to secure their first teaching position.

We are seeking a fully qualified teacher with QTS who is enthusiastic about Business education, demonstrates strong classroom practice, and has high expectations for student achievement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be passionate about Business and committed to delivering high-quality teaching and learning
  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and inclusive Business lessons for students of all abilities
  • Demonstrate excellent classroom management and high expectations of behaviour and progress
  • Show a keen interest in the science of learning and a commitment to continuous professional development
  • Possess strong organisational and interpersonal skills and work effectively as part of a team
  • Have vision, energy, and commitment to contribute fully to wider school life
  • Be motivated to make a positive and lasting impact on students’ lives and future opportunities

Qualifications

  • A degree in Business or a related subject
  • A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE/QTS)
  • Experience using online or digital teaching platforms
  • Strong knowledge of the English curriculum and effective teaching strategies
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
