Location: Hereford

Salary: Up to £38,000 per year, plus tips and performance bonus up to £10,000 per year. Exciting company benefits will be discussed at interview.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the site and help shape its day‑to‑day success.
• Spend time on the floor supporting the team, guiding service, and creating a positive and welcoming environment.
• Lead the team and contribute to the overall performance of the business.
• Ensure a smooth operation of the coffee house setting and deliver a great product and guest experience.
