To support this expansion the Sales and Partnerships Director to drive revenue, shape brand alliances and help scale the commercial vision behind the magic.
The role:
Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, you will lead all revenue generating partnerships across private hire, corporate events, sponsorship and brand activations. This is a pivotal, hands on leadership role for a commercially astute operator who understands how to monetise premium experiences without compromising creative integrity.
- You will architect and execute the sales strategy, build scalable systems, and secure high value partnerships that elevate both brand and bottom line.
- Owning venue sales across private hires and corporate events, maximising yield across current and upcoming sites
- Securing culturally relevant sponsorships and brand collaborations, particularly within drinks and lifestyle sectors
- Designing scalable sales processes, frameworks and reporting structures
- Implementing CRM and data systems to optimise pipeline performance and conversion
- Leading negotiations to deliver commercially strong, brand-aligned agreements
Experience:
- A proven revenue driver with 4+ years experience in hospitality, nightlife, live events or entertainment
- A natural dealmaker with an established London network across agencies, brands and corporate clients
- Commercially sharp yet creatively sensitive
- Systems minded and comfortable building the infrastructure behind high performance sales teams
- Strategic in outlook, pragmatic in execution
