Diaverum is offering a permanent full‑time renal nursing role in Eastbourne. As a renal nurse you will work in a dialysis environment and build meaningful patient relationships. Patient‑Centred Care
Our nurse‑to‑patient ratio of 1:4 allows you to provide holistic care, supported by a clinic admin team that works alongside nurses.
Our Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee care plans for renal patients
- Document all clinical activities meticulously
- Prepare and monitor dialysis machines and systems
- Review pre‑ and post‑hemodialysis care with patients
- Collaborate within a multi‑disciplinary team
Requirements
- NMC Registered General Nurse with nursing experience (ideally in dialysis)
- Familiarity with the NMC code of professional conduct
- Ability to work autonomously and within a multi‑disciplinary team
- Positive, dynamic approach to delivering safe and effective care
- Excellent English communication skills
