Business Central Developer (Junior–Mid Level)

We’re working with a growing Microsoft partner who are looking to bring in a Business Central Developer to support their expanding project pipeline.
About the Role
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career to work across technical development and client interaction, gaining exposure to real-world projects and business challenges.
You’ll be:
- Developing and supporting Business Central solutions (backend focus)
- Working closely with consultants and clients to understand requirements
- Translating business needs into technical solutions
- Supporting implementations and system improvements
As part of your role, you’ll be enrolled in a structured 12-week Business Central Developer programme, where you will:
- Gain hands‑on training in Dynamics 365 Business Central development
- Work alongside experienced consultants and developers
- Achieve the Microsoft MB-840 (Business Central Developer) certification
- Receive full support and funding for the certification (no cost to you)

- Graduate or 2–3 years’ experience in development
- Strong backend / coding background (any language)
- Comfortable speaking with clients and working in a consultative environment
- Eager to learn and grow within the Microsoft ecosystem
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
