The Role

We are seeking a proactive and organised Sales Administrator to support our sales team

You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the sales process — from enquiry through to quotation and project handover — enabling the sales team to focus on winning new business while you manage coordination, documentation, and client communication.

Each project will bring some brilliant challenges and can range from quoting the simplest of load-bearing pallet racking to complex structures inside warehouses, high-quality office refurbishments and solar panel systems.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Support

·     Support the Sales Team in driving pipeline and sales activity

·     Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender documents

·     Manage enquiries, qualify leads, and ensure timely follow-ups

·     Maintain CRM systems and accurate sales records

Supplier & Project Coordination

·     Act as a key contact during pre-sales stages

·     Coordinate site surveys, meetings, and internal inputs

·     Liaise with design and project teams to support proposals

·     Assist with smooth project handovers

Administration & Reporting

·     Produce accurate documentation and draft quotations

·     Track pipeline activity and support reporting

·     Maintain organised records and support general office admin

What We’re Looking For

–      Based within commuting distance of Leyland in the North West

–      Experience in sales admin, commercial support, or similar role

–      Strong organisation and attention to detail

–      Confident communicator with a customer-focused mindset

–      Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM experience beneficial

Desirable:

–      Experience in construction, fit-out, or technical sales environments

–      Exposure to quotations or tender processes
