Hawkwood is partnering with one of the fastest-scaling AI infrastructure businesses globally as they continue a major phase of international expansion across EMEA. In under two years, the company has established itself as a category-defining player within AI and hyperscale infrastructure, backed by significant funding raised across multiple rounds from leading global investors.

Led by a highly credible leadership team drawn from some of the world’s most respected businesses, they are rapidly becoming the most significant global player in their industry, with major expansion underway across both Europe and North America.

As part of this growth, they are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to take ownership of Data Centre hiring across EMEA. Reporting into senior Talent leadership, this individual will partner directly with senior stakeholders across the organisation with substantial autonomy and influence across a highly strategic hiring function. This is a high-impact, highly visible mandate combining hands-on delivery with longer-term talent strategy.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead end-to-end hiring delivery across EMEA data centre and infrastructure functions
  • Partner with senior stakeholders across construction, MEP, commissioning, operations and technical infrastructure teams
  • Own hiring strategy across niche and highly competitive talent markets
  • Build targeted sourcing and market-mapping strategies for specialist infrastructure talent
  • Deliver high-quality searches across both senior individual contributor and leadership hires
  • Advise hiring leaders on market intelligence, compensation trends and talent availability
  • Drive structured interviewing and assessment best practice across the business
  • Build scalable pipelines for recurring and business-critical hiring needs
  • Deliver a highly professional and high-touch candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
  • Contribute to the continued evolution of talent processes, hiring standards and operational excellence across the wider Talent function

You will bring:

  • Significant experience recruiting within data centre, infrastructure, construction or related technical environments
  • Strong knowledge of the data centre ecosystem, including hyperscalers, colocation providers, engineering consultancies or infrastructure operators
  • Demonstrated success hiring across MEP, construction, commissioning and infrastructure operations functions
  • Experience operating across EMEA markets, ideally including the Nordics
  • Strong capability in market mapping, direct sourcing and executive-level stakeholder management
  • Commercial judgement and confidence advising leaders on compensation, hiring strategy and market dynamics
  • A structured, data-led approach to recruitment delivery and assessment quality
  • Credibility operating within fast-paced, high-growth and technically complex environments
  • A highly proactive, ownership-led mindset with the ability to balance strategy and execution effectively

We recognise how challenging this current job market is for candidates, and Hawkwood are therefore striving to provide the best candidate experience we can.
