ERP Sales Executive – ERP Install Base / Cloud Migration Focus (SAP / Oracle / IFS / Microsoft Dynamics) ERP Consultancy & Implementation Partner | Fully Remote (UK-based) | £50,000–£60,000 base + uncapped commission (£20k+ OTE)
Our client is a growing ERP consultancy and implementation partner specialising in enterprise and mid-market transformation projects across the UK. Due to continued growth, they are looking to hire an ERP Sales Executive focused specifically on organisations already operating ERP platforms and approaching key upgrade, optimisation, transformation, replacement, or cloud migration decisions. This is not a generic SaaS sales role or high-volume transactional cold-calling position. The focus is on building credible conversations with organisations already invested in ERP technology and identifying opportunities for ERP transformation, consulting, implementation, and optimisation services within existing ERP environments.
SAP• Oracle• IFS• Microsoft Dynamics• ERP transformation programmes• Frustration with existing ERP vendors or implementation partners• This is a strategic pipeline-generation role operating within complex enterprise sales environments, working closely alongside experienced ERP sales leadership who will manage opportunities through to close.
Initiate outbound engagement via phone, LinkedIn, networking, and targeted campaigns• Hold credible conversations around ERP lifecycle position, transformation drivers, and project challenges• Identify and qualify commercial opportunities• Book high-quality discovery meetings for senior ERP sales leadership• Maintain accurate CRM and pipeline management• Develop strategic target-account activity across ERP install-base environments
This role requires direct experience within ERP software or ERP consulting environments. ERP software vendor• ERP implementation partner• ERP-focused sales environment• Applicants with purely generic SaaS or non-ERP software sales backgrounds are unlikely to be suitable. ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, IFS, Dynamics, Infor, NetSuite, or similar• Mid-market or enterprise sales environments• Phone-led business development and strategic outbound activity• Consultative or long-cycle sales environments The ideal person will be commercially driven, credible, resilient, and comfortable operating within complex ERP and transformation-led sales environments.
