Business Development Associate – Dubai Based
Overview
Begin your journey in financial advisory with a 2-month intensive training programme based in Malta, followed by permanent placement in our Dubai office. The training for this overseas role officially starts on 13th October 2025.

This is a hands-on development role. You will work directly with, and be mentored by, experienced international advisors. You’ll be actively involved in lead generation, client outreach, digital campaigns, and administrative support – building a foundation for long-term success in financial advisory.

Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation
- A confident communicator – phone, video, and face-to-face
- Highly driven, resilient, and adaptable under pressure
- Seeking a career in financial services, not just a job
- Fast-track development to become a qualified financial advisor
- Full support through CISI qualifications and ongoing mentorship
- Relocation support including accommodation and visa guidance
