Aviation Training Lead – Aircraft Engineering & Compliance

Ryanair Ltd. is recruiting for an Engineering Training Lead to deliver both theoretical and practical training of commercial aircraft. This role includes oversight of training material and facilities, as well as managing the apprenticeship programs in the UK and Ireland.

The ideal candidate must possess over 5 years of experience in aircraft engineering, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing environments.
