20 days per annum, plus bank holidays and Christmas shutdown

E.C.F. Ltd., a family‑owned UK manufacturer of kitchens, bedrooms and bathrooms, has been operating since 1980 from a 130,000 sq. ft. facility in Leicestershire. With a strong reputation for quality and innovation, we serve over 4,000 trade customers and are expanding our warehouse team to support a busy, fast‑paced environment. We need a Warehouse Operative who is reliable, motivated, and enjoys working as part of a team.

The Role

• Full time position within a busy warehouse environment.
• Picking, packing, and despatching customer orders accurately.
• Loading company vehicles.
• Assisting with goods‑in and stock handling.
• Preparing and organising deliveries.
• Supporting general warehouse operations as required.
• Working closely with Transport, Production, and Sales teams.
• Handling sample stock and order fulfilment.

The Candidate

• Reliable, punctual, and hard working.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Physically fit and capable of manual handling.
• Good communication skills (verbal and listening).
• Basic computer skills.
• Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential.
