Our client, an exciting fast-growing brand in the women’s wellness space, is looking for a Creative Strategy Lead to join their team.
What you’ll do:
- Lead creative strategy for paid social channels, primarily Meta, with TikTok and YouTube also included
- Use customer insights, market data, and performance results to develop creative ideas and testing plans
- Manage the full creative process, including briefing, production, and a small in-house team of two direct reports, plus agency partners
- Work closely with performance marketing, brand, CRM, and product teams to ensure alignment across the customer journey
- Communicate creative testing results and business impact (like customer acquisition costs and lifetime value) to senior leadership
Who you are:
- Experienced senior creative strategist from DTC, health/wellness, or subscription businesses with strong performance marketing knowledge
- Strong creative judgment combined with commercial understanding – comfortable briefing designers and presenting to founders
- Skilled at building testing roadmaps and incorporating AI tools to improve creative production
- Collaborative team player who can partner across functions and position creative strategy as central to business growth
