Therapeutic Residential Childcare Specialist

AWD online is seeking a Residential Childcare Worker in Long Eaton to provide emotionally attuned, person-centred support for children and young people with complex needs. The role emphasises safe, nurturing care in a therapeutic home environment, aligned with PACE, trauma-informed practice and restorative approaches.

The role involves shift work (including earlies, lates and sleep-ins), 18 hours 30 minutes per week, with duties covering care, education participation and life skills development.
